Policy

  • Payments by month are encouraged, but not required. You will receive an invoice at the end of each month for the following month.
  • Payments are due at the beginning of the lesson.
  • 24 hour notice is required to cancel your lesson without charge.
  • Make up lessons will be offered if needed. Schedule them with your teacher within 48 hours of the missed lesson.
  • Growing Notes is NOT affiliated with Westerville City Schools. If they have a holiday or a snow day, you still have a lesson!
